At RSVPCigars, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or if you have received defective, please follow the process outlined below for returns:

  1. Contact Us First: Before returning any products, please email us at info@rsvpcigars.com explaining the issue with your order. We will review your situation and confirm the return if it is deemed necessary.

  2. Return Process: Once your return is confirmed, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us at your expense. Please retain the shipping receipt as proof of return.

  3. Provide Return Details: When you ship the items back, please email us a copy of the shipping receipt along with your order number and a detailed list of the products being returned.

  4. Refund Issuance: Once the returned items are received and verified by us, we will process a full refund for the returned products as well as the original shipping costs, as previously agreed upon in our email confirmation.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that we can only process returns for products that have been confirmed through email correspondence.
